April 15, 2024Listen, I’m as big of a fan of a good old fashioned, pretty, metal water bottle as the next girlie pop…BUT I have some beef with this 64oz Stanley. TikTok controls my brain and my wallet at this point, so I was HEAVILY (but very easily) influenced into buying one of these. Well, one small bank loan later, there she was – 12.44”, 1.80lbs of built tough all-American steel…or aluminum…or whatever it’s made of. The rigidity was never my concern, it was the claim of being, what they call, “leak resistant”. So it was to my shock, horror, and surprise, that after I carried my Stanley in my backpack into work, I felt a wet sensation down my backside and opened my pack to a lovely little puddle of water at the bottom. Now I’m not in the habit of cartwheeling, somersaulting, or barrel rolling into my place of employment, so I was a little discouraged when a water bottle that was, what I thought, completely upright seemed to have leaked a quarter of its contents into my backpack. Unless Stanley didn’t disclose that this water bottle performs some type of osmosis under certain conditions, I’m going to say this does far from resist leaks. Seems to encourage them, actually. All I can say to those who want to drive with one of these in their car…good luck. I took one small left turn and in 3.5 seconds my entire passenger side front seat was submerged. You really never know how much water is 64oz until you’re going 80 on the freeway and a Stanley tips over. Hindsight, I should have buckled in the water bottle, or barricaded it with something so it didn’t tip or roll, but I guess I just didn’t think I would have to worry about any of those things with…a leak resistant…water bottle…DON’T TURN YOUR BACK ON THIS WATER BOTTLE. If placed on a surface that’s 0.05 degrees off from level, just expect it to leak. Get renters insurance, or some type of homeowners insurance because if this thing goes down, you have about 5 seconds until you’re flooded. She’s a gorgeous gorgeous girl, but unfortunately has a terrible personality. After this, I’m convinced Stanley owners don’t ever move them. They just have their bottles stationary on a table, and that’s where they live for the rest of their little bottle lives. I love my big bertha, but I don’t trust her. I know Stanley carries another 64oz water bottle with the flip straw, which may help with leaking, but this one is just prettier. Plain and simple. And has the side handle. Come on.
Many pros, few cons, overall 10/10

June 23, 2023Honest review: this is THE best tumbler I’ve owned. I’m not saying that just because it’s popular, it truly lives up to the hype and then some.
Pros: literally keeps ice cold forever. The photo attached is ice that was put in the tumbler at 2 pm the day before, and this was what that same ice looked like after the tumbler was sitting in direct sunlight at the beach for 4 hours the next day. This is an excellent sipping mug to bring along with you on casual adventures, to have at your desk while you’re working, to carry around on errands, pretty much just to bring along with you on the go. The quality is phenomenal and they are definitely not lying about how long this thing can keep ice cold.
Cons: first- many people have reviewed that the paint on the soft matte tumblers chips easily and that is true. I am extremely careful with where I set my tumbler down and I baby it, but it still got a couple of scuffs on the bottom within the first week. Personally, for the function and how well this thing works overall, that doesn’t bother me too much. Second- the tumbler is best designed for casual adventures and sipping, like I mentioned above. This would not be the ideal thing to bring along on hikes, runs, or anything where it might tip or get jostled easily. It is not leakproof and it will leak if you tip it. While you can get spillproof caps and accessories, I just feel that Stanley’s water bottles are better suited for those types of adventures. It can also be a bit top heavy when it’s full, so be careful leaving it around little kids or in an area where it might get bumped into, because if it falls it falls hard and it weighs a lot. Third- even though the diameter of the bottom part of the tumbler is smaller than the top, I still have found that it doesn’t fit into many cup holders. It fits in my car cup holder perfectly, but it’s a bit too big for some stroller/shopping cart cup holders etc. this isn’t a big deal for me, though, like I said it’s definitely worth it.
Overall, 10/10 stars because despite the few cons it is 100% the best water cup I’ve ever owned. Worth the money for sure!
Beautiful way to get your daily water intake

December 5, 2022The Stanley quencher is mighty but an easy way to make sure you're staying hydrated during the day. I live in Colorado and tend to drink A LOT of water, so this 40oz tumbler is perfect as I don't have to worry about constantly refilling it throughout the day. Disclaimer that it is heavy, but I'm fine with that since it means I spend less time refilling it. I also appreciated the straw as it makes drinking water such a simple, mindless task. One thing that I'm still getting used to is having to pay attention to how I screw on the lid. I prefer having the straw closest to my mouth when I pick it up, but depending on which hand I pick it up with means sometimes the straw is where I want it and sometimes it's not. For example, I'm right handed so a majority of the time I pick it up with my right hand and will screw on the lid to make sure the straw is closest to me when using my right hand. Occasionally I'll be in situations where it's easiest to use my left hand (while I'm in bed) so here I have to make sure I'm screwing on the lid the opposite way so the straw is closest to my mouth while using my left had. It's not the end of the world for me, more so a learning curve. Additionally, there is a screw at the top of the handle that sometimes feels uncomfortable when I'm picking up the tumbler.
Aside from it's functional features, I really love the red rust color; it adds a pop of color to my day-to-day life without being overwhelming. Also, although the screw in the handle sometimes bothers me, the actual matte feel of the bottle is buttery soft.
While I'm still getting used to this new water bottle, I think it's great if you're looking for something that holds a lot of fluid, keeps things nice and cold, and is stylish. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this tumbler.

May 10, 2024Quality:8.5/10
Appearance:10
Suitability:9/10
Item was delivered within the normal TAT. I thought this was a knock off due to it’s handle has a different color (already pale pink vs mauve pink) but according to their chat support, this is original/new batch. While dark/mauve pink handles are their old stock.
Pros: Color looks amazing, just like the pictures.
-Keeps my water colder longer! I have to fill this up half as much as other smaller cups I have and now it’s not room temperature when I forget about it for awhile.
-Holds cold AND hot beverages, with an option for a straw or the more traditional hot tumbler open/close lid
-Straw is thicker like halfway to a boba straw. I love that I can drink a bunch easily
-Washed up perfectly in the dishwasher
Con: Not really a con for me but obviously if you turn it too far sideways or upside down it WILL leak. Don’t throw it in a bag or anything OR buy a silicone spill proof stopper.
